At Kels and Amos Farms, we take pride in providing fresh, high-quality produce directly from our farm to your table. We understand that customer satisfaction is essential, and we strive to ensure that you receive the best products possible. However, due to the perishable nature of our goods, we have a few guidelines regarding returns and refunds that are designed to be in compliance with food safety and government regulations.

1. Freshness Guarantee

We are committed to delivering the freshest vegetables possible. If you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, or not up to our quality standards, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or receipt. To process a refund or exchange, we may require photos of the damaged goods. Our team will review the issue and offer you a full refund or replacement for the affected product.

2. Refunds

Damaged or Spoiled Produce: If your order is damaged during delivery or if any of the products are spoiled, we will issue a full refund or replacement of the affected item(s), depending on your preference.

Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong items due to a mistake on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a refund or send the correct products as soon as possible at no additional cost to you.

Non-Perishable Items: If any non-perishable products (e.g., sauces, preserves, etc.) are returned due to dissatisfaction, they must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

3. Returns

Perishable Products: Due to food safety and health regulations, we do not accept returns on perishable items like fresh vegetables once they have been delivered to you, unless they are defective or damaged. This policy ensures the highest level of food safety for our customers.

Non-Perishable Items: Returns for non-perishable items (if applicable) must be made within 7 days of receipt and in unopened, original packaging. We will issue a refund upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.

4. Refund Process

To initiate a return or refund, please contact us via email or call. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos if applicable. Once we have verified the issue, we will process your refund or arrange for a replacement.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.

5. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel orders as long as they haven’t already been processed or shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it due to the perishable nature of our products.

6. Food Safety and Compliance

We follow all local and national food safety regulations in the handling, packaging, and delivery of our products. If you experience any issue with the safety of our products, please contact us immediately so that we can take appropriate action.
